CONGRESSMAN DARRELL ISSA GETS RESULTS!!
Congressman Darrell Issa has produced a shocking new report detailing the Obama administration’s extensive use of taxpayer-funded propaganda, which he says breaks federal law. The report created for the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform details how the former Alinskyite community organizer has channeled the resources of the federal government — that is, your money — to create “a sophisticated propaganda and lobbying campaign” made up of “inappropriate and sometimes unlawful public relations and propaganda initiatives.” The highlights include:
- Using federal arts grants to spread Obama’s legislative message. Last August 10, administration officials held a conference call with National Endowment of the Arts grant recipients. Buffy Wicks, a college radical who worked in Valerie Jarrett‘s Office of Public Engagement, told the invitees, “we’re going to come at you with some specific ‘asks’ here,” specifically supporting Obama’s initiatives on health care, the environment, or energy. She suggested, “We wanted folks to connect…with federal agencies, with labor unions, progressive groups, face groups [faith groups, perhaps?], women’s groups, you name it.” Within 48 hours, no fewer than 21 arts organizations released a statement endorsing ObamaCare.
- The Dept. of Health and Human Services paid MIT economist Jonathan Gruber nearly $400,000 for various jobs. He did not disclose his employment by HHS while writing a string of op-eds, nor while testifying before the Senate in favor of, ObamaCare.
- The Justice Dept. hired Tracy Russo, the former blogger for John Edwards, to comment on internet articles or bulletin board messages that criticized Barack Obama and his agenda. She did this anonymously or used a pen name.
- A Dept. of Education officer used the White House email to send his colleagues eight bullet points to “communicate the merits of the President’s proposal with your members and their audiences.”
- The federal government “highly recommended” constructing highway signs that tout big government and advertise politicians (i.... (Watch the committee’s video on the subject here.)
- Obama attempted to enlist “voluntary” Hollywood propaganda for his proposals through the iParticipate campaign.
- Andy Griffith starred in a Medicare “update” that doubled as a commercial for Obama’s health care legislation. Not only is the PSAl propaganda, it is erroneous. A writer with the nonpartisan FactCheck.org remarked Griffith’s scripted “promise that ‘benefits will remain the same’ is just as fictional as the town of Mayberry.”
- The White House routinely drove traffic to websites that lobby for Obama’s legislation.

Issa cites three separate federal statutes violated by the Obama administration and has called for a Government Accountability Office (GAO) to launch an investigation. If violations of the law are found, impeachment could follow.
It’s not bad enough the president is a megalomaniac who skirts the law to foist his far-Left agenda on the American people — he also uses your money to do it.

Good for Issa!
Glenn Beck has been reporting on this off and on for a couple years and Obama just got a pass up till know. It will be interesting if the GAO will stand up and do the right thing. Lets hope there are people that can stand up to the government thugs.

There are so many reasons this guy should be Impeached or thrown out of office, we just need one of these issues to take hold and become a valid issue. The problem being, there is no one to push the issues. DOJ is part of the problem. Congress ignores everything. The supreme court won't take the cases and the MSM covers for everything he does.
Right now its a 50/50 split on weather he will get reelected. It shouldn't be close, but we are a split country and what people want. I am amazed how many people just want the government to take care of the.
Issa is a ray of hope!

I'm still very troubled why there aren't more Congressmen willing to go up against the Pres. Although today, 10 reps. from both parties led by Dennis Kucinish and Ron Paul filed a federal lawsuit against Obama for Libya. God help us all.

I read where Holder delivered some of the documents as requested, but they were so blacked out that they were worthless. Issa is going to issue new orders for the documents stating no black out are to be made. Looks like the clock starts again.

I'm not sure about that. Issa has threatened them with contempt of Congress charges. That ought to fix the way they are dancing around to hide facts from Congress.

Sorry, I misunderstood your comment. I feel pretty good about Bachmann myself. To be honest I have more concerns about Romney not being a true conservative, When Al Gore comes out for him because of his environmental stand I get nervous. CAIR, the Muslim organization likes Romney too!

I'm sorry about that. I should have made it clearer but Kelly made a charge against Bachman with no facts to back it up. I like Michelle but in presenting discussions they are not necessarily my opinion. I ,like you, are still searching for the truth about all the candidates. I agree with you that Romney is a RINO and I don't like it one bit. God bless you Bob and yours.

It appears to be so obvious yet no one in congress is on Fox News ranting about it. Which leads me to concerns with Michelle Bachman. I think the obama plane is about to crash and Bachman is being groomed to be the next fascist put in place to continue the global agenda. Remember the Bush's played a big part in announcing the New World Order. She was always attempting to be like W.

The only reason I have for questioning Bachman at the moment is because msm ran the scene where she was trying to get to W after his speech. I'm not a big fan of the Bush's because his daddy was the one talking New Worl Order back in the early 90's. I believe them to be fascist. I do understand because oil is so high right now, many oil people in the US are making a killing. Less competition for oil in the US makes those producing already even richerr. They really don't want the price of oil to go down, as long as we keep buying it. The oil "men" in this country have used government to monopolize oil prices for years. I have a friend from Texas that has no problem with 4 dollar gas his royalties keep rolling in from the wells on his land in Texas. The few are getting rich at our expense. I hope Mrs. Bachman is above all that, but here admiration for W concerns me. Sorry it took so long to reply, my mother had abad couple of days in the hospital.

Dear Kelly: I totally understand but I am willing to give her a chance to proof herself. She is head of the Tea Party caucus and a fighter. As far as getting to W after a speech, did she say anything that offended you or gave you the impression she was a wild admirer. Since becoming a researcher, I know realize that we have not had a President that was honest & truthful since Reagan. Our president seems to be selected by corporate America and not the people. I pray that with changes in the voting laws in each state, no computerized voting, only paper, and Tea Party members working to verify voting lists, we will finally have an honest election. Caucuses are successful because you are voting in person, but they tend to be small in numbers so I don't think that is fair either. Come on Kelly, I know you have some great ideas, spread them around. Criticizing is one thing, but action is a better way to work out your frustration. We need you to be active. God bless.
