I think that makes him a "not a Natural born Citizen"

Isn't than one of the Constitutional statutes for being a president?

I believe Mitt's father was a Mexican citizen according to the Mexican law of the time.

Whether Mitt's father had renounced his Mexican citizenship and become a naturalized US citizen by the time Mitt was born is the question determining Mitt's NBC eligibility, I believe.
