I was born and raised in upstate New York I am ashamed to say. The politicians in the state are totally out of control and care nothing of state business. This is just one reason we left the state.

Bloomberg not only messed up the city school system but now he is playing with the emotions of American citizens who are New Yorkers and do not want a mosque built near ground zero

I am a Veteran and I was injured while I was in, but not like our men and women are in combat. I am a member of NaVOBA, National Veteran Owned Business Association. They had an article about how both NY Senators voted to keep the tax on veteran who need wheel chair or other medical necessities. I wish that NY residents would VOTE them out the next time that they are up for election. Elected officials are in office to represent us. This doesn't sound like they are. Thanks to all our men and women in the United State Military and may God keep them safe.

I'm joining the NY Tea Party because I'm disappointed with the leadership of NY
Goverment; and, the outright corruption in Albany, NY.
In 2007 the Legislative leaders killed a Bill that is needed, that is: Pension
Forfeiture for Offical Misconduct (check for yourself). At the present time there
are some former convicted officals (judges, too) that have been convicted of a
Felony connected to their duties...but never forfeited their pensions with generous taxpayer-funded benefits. I think it's time to throw these bums out of
office! What do you think about this?
