Over 30 days have gone by, We sent a letter to the court house, telling the judge that is taking care of this case that C/Y have chosen not to respond. It's up to God what happens next!!!

Some good news for once, We filed our Federal Lawsuit, and just three days after that the judge issued an order for C/Y to force by court order to make available to the judge and my daughter all information that was to be given to my daughter, they have 20 days to respond, if not the judge will rule for my daughter against C/Y and return the children, the time frame is the first to second week in November, pray that the judge rules the right way, Thanks.

WE realy need your prayers, the hearing did not go well, we are trying to get a lawyer to take this to fed court, ask God to have this happen, if we fail, we will not see the children until they are 18.

Aug 14 we have another hearing, CPS knows that they are in trouble, Pray to God that this judge does the right thing and return the children, the last hearing cPS admitted that they Never filed any charges, that means that CPS has no legal right to have the children, they know this, we need all your help anf Gods, to force CPS into retirning our children.

Fran came thru great, they removed a fatty mass tumor, they think it's benine but will not know for sure until 3 days from now, Thanks for the prayers, dave.

Bad news, the judge that was to hear the case on the 26 has reclused herself and no other judge wants to hear the case as they will have to rule against C/Y, so we are going foward with our fed suet, the children as of the 26 will have been kidnaped 901 days, ask God to step in please, we were not expecting this and had have made plans for the children to be home.

GOOD news for once, The judge set a hearing date for July 26 9.45 am, She has seen all the laws that CPS broke and now CPS has to prove there non case.

this Friday we are putting a motion in front of the judge that heard that C/Y did not even file any charges against my daughter, the motion is for the return of the children, pray that God uses this judge to do the right thing, Thanks!!!
