Buck, all too often I see and hear people that have no respect for their country nor their Veterans or Armed Forces! I remember well when I got off the plane at Travis AFB the beautiful smell of America!If you havent been overseas you cant explain it to someone else but I am sure all of the Vets on here can remember how it felt to be back home! That is what makes me so mad now days is how people take for granted what they have!

Darwin, I'm not sure what you mean by saying I don't play fair. Your words touched my heart, and I agree with you that our children need to know the depth of the cost of the freedom they see many adults taking for granted.

 

Jose ~ Awesome video clip! Thank you for posting. My dad retired from Kodak, so your reference to film is true. . . nothing like Kodachrome (or Ectachrome) for sure! :)

The pictures alone on Michael's site are amazing, but the captions with them make the images come to life!
