This is an update to the email I sent out earlier.
Democrats will be voting on HB2499 tomorrow, a tricky little bill that will almost trick Puerto Ricans into becoming a state and adding 6 House and 2 Senate seats for Democrats.
OK, so here's the trick:
Puerto Ricans do not want to become a state and there is little advantage of them to do so. In fact, they have voted 3 times since 1991 to not become a state.

I have an idea that might make good sense. The Tea Party could establish an 800 number for callers with questions about certain persons, congressmen/women, senators, etc.where the caller could receive information about how to research whatever their question pertains to and find "factual" answers for themselves. i.e., who is so and so and what is his/her political history, etc. This might let some of the "undecided's" know the truth without the influence of any "party" or political person. Just information of where to look or find factual items. It could have an influential result of their learning the truth....
Also, an "on line" answer service for just personal research by individuals of all political affiliations. A lot of people do not know where to look to find answers to political questions they have, such as, "How did my Representative vote on H.B. / S.B # -----?" etc...

I just read your last message and I can appreciate your delimma. Unfortunately I have ceased to pay much attention to the website. Why? I have noticed that all I see is a bunch of hot air with no action planned. I also feel you have added moderators and this smacks of censorship. I have asked many of my friends to join me on the site but most agree with me that it's all blow and no show. I have asked folks in Austin to get together and meet to talk. No action from anyone therefore I just feel I am wasting my time. I am an action person and not a hot air artist. I'LL just keep watching in the background and I wish you luck.
