Its well known that many watch type organizations that review the books used in grade schools, highschools, and in our colleges are riddled with errors as it relates to our history as a nation, and even worse, the amount of documented historical information that is never even used in those books is more than just a little questionable. I suggest anyone interested start to search the internet for topics such as "textbook watch groups", "Textbook Historical Errors", etc. You will be as shocked as I was when I started to review some of those findings.
