I like the man who wasn't there. Gary Johnson. Former governor of New Mexico, a Republican elected in a heavy Democrat state (2 to 1) a man who had never run for office before, he came out of nowhere to win the election in NM. The petition has just recently been re-formatted, it calls for a complete government reform. There are 14 legislative demands to the petition, it takes a lot of reading, it will take you about an hour to read it thoroughly.
