When voting was completed, the top eleven planks were: (1) Protect the Constitution all laws must be written in common language; (2) upgrade and reenact all the consumer protection laws that originated in 1933; (3) Demand a Balanced Budget no more access to social security funds; (4) no subsidies for major corporations or non-energy tax credits for wealthy Americans; (5) all elected officials must represent the public or face recall; (6)investigate and prosecute all elected officials who change the laws enabling the mortgage crisis and show where the stimulus monies came from; (7) replace Social Security stolen funds with mutual fund mortgages and treasury bills(8) Pass an ‘All-of-the-Above” Energy Policy in forcing the monitoring and restriction of mercury; (9) investigate and prosecute the criminal activity beginning with Enron; and (10) restrict income tax credits to working Americans and small business (11) stop all foreign businesses and corporations from owning or harvesting America’s natural resources (Gold, oil, timber) on public lands and oceans.
