Facts on Arizona Immigration Reform and a Challenge to Bill Clinton and Non-Fox News Media

There is a lot of talk about the Arizona Immigration Reform Law that was signed this past week by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer. And most of the information that we hear is not only wrong, but it is flat out lies perpetrated by people who know better but have nothing to gain by telling the truth. These lies have created the kind of violence Bill Clinton warned would happen due to the "hostile tone" of the Tea Parties that is anything but. Yet Bill Clinton and the left refuse to condemn or even acknowledge that violence is occurring and many have continued and increased the lies and rhetoric that has caused this violence.

I've been studying this legislation and here are the facts about the Arizona law as I understand it:

Here's what it does:

1) It makes being in the United States illegally (a federal crime already) a crime under Arizona law. Surprisingly, being illegal was not illegal before.

2) It gives the police the authority to ask about a person's immigration status in conversations and investigations already governed by probable cause restrictions if they have additional probable cause to suspect they may be here illegally.

3) It requires that all immigrants carry their immigration "papers" ("green card" or other documentation) with them at all times.

Here's what it does not do:

1) Allow police officers to stop someone or investigate them without reasonable suspicion that they are breaking the law. There will be no new reasons for police to stop, question or investigate a person of any race, language, origin, color or accent.

2) Allow police officers to question someone's immigration status without reasonable suspicion that another crime (other than being "out of status") is taking place or to stop or question them solely on suspicion of them "being illegal."

Basically, the cops have to do everything the same way that they have been, but the people that they are investigating for normal reasons can now be questioned as to their immigration status as well, if and only if, there is additional probably cause to believe that they are here illegally.

Please, if I'm wrong on any of these points or omitting anything important in this summary please point it out to me. But please, for everyone's sake, document your statements with credible sources instead of opinion and hyperbole because I haven't been able to find any real information that backs up the Left's statements of harassment at will and the coming of the new Arizona Gestapo.

So if this is the truth about the law, that it does not allow new reasons for cops to investigate or question minorities or law abiding citizens and there will be no unwarranted harassment of anyone of any race then what is all the fuss about? Second, if there is a fuss to be made, then why aren't the politician's and the media that are supposed to keep them honest letting the debate be on the facts of the law. Personally, knowing the facts, I have some questions and concerns about the law that I think should be addressed, but I don't get to have that conversation because the debate is now over a bunch of things that don't exist.

It has become the rule rather than the exception that people will not just distort the truth like they did in the good old days, but instead say things are exactly the opposite of what they are in an effort to win political favor, confuse the public and keep the American people ignorant from what their real agenda is and what they are doing that you do not see.

Yet now the arrogance of those who wish to deceive has pushed them a little too far, at least to the point where a layman like myself can see through it and have a glimpse at the truth.

On the heels of the signing of this new Arizona Immigration Law, the wheels of the misinformation campaign and political posturing by Democrats is reaching historic proportions... and its all being led by our President and Commander in Chief Barack Obama.

Worst of which, the Annointed One recently used some spicy rhetoric to give the impression that legal multi-generational American Citizens of Spanish decent will now be harassed when taking their kids to buy ice cream.

This just weeks after former President Bill Clinton shows up out of nowhere and, in an intentional allusion to the Tea Parties, claimed that there is similar rhetoric in the country now as that that inspired the Oklahoma City bombing by Timothy McVeigh. Those who see through the looking glass knew instantly that this was the Democrats pulling out the old veteran in an effort to silence or discredit "We the Peaceful, Non-Violent People" that see the truth behind their power hungry redistributionist political agenda and choose to no longer remain silent.

We the People of the Tea Party, a group of over 70 Million+ Americans of all religions, races, and political affiliations who have come out in record numbers without one single incident of a single argument, fight, violence or hatred of any kind... a historically amazing feat for any group of people who gather together. We have a proven record of peace and non-violence of historic proportions, so we are not the real issue.

The real issue is the actual violence that has been taking place at the protests in Arizona. Police officers have been hit with stones and bottles of water amidst so much violence that not only can they not contain it, but they often fear for their own safety and obtain injuries at the hands of angry mobs. But what is shocking is that there has been not a peep from Ex-President Clinton who so feared harsh rhetoric that would lead to violence from the Tea Party.

Does Bill Clinton only pop his head up when the Party needs him to discredit the legitimate threat to their machine of people who are exercising their rights to free speech and peaceful assembly... that or to help take over a health insurance industry? (Mostly, but to give credit where credit is due, I did like his work on the Haiti disaster, what I know of it anyway.) But now, could it be that, this time, his people were implicit on creating the violence, meaning to do so or not, and so he must stay silent?

Yes, the first time the opponents of the law, driven by rhetoric from the Left, came together there was considerable violence. This is not saying that everyone in these protests is angry, violent or dangerous. Like always, it's a few idiots that make the whole group look bad and discredit the message, legitimate or not, of the entire group.

But then the lamestream media spins the incident to say that "it was mostly peaceful." Really, that's objective reporting? Had there been one person step on another person's toe in the Tea Party and the other say "ouch" the same media would have reported "Massive Infighting and Tea Party Rally" and Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter would have had us all hiding in fallout shelters.

Should I even be shocked anymore? I guess there is something in me that just wants to believe that there is objectivity in the media and that politicians have some limits of how far they will go to advance their agenda.

But what blows me away is not a few violent dirtbags in Arizona who are infuriated because of the misinformation they have been receiving from the Annointed One and his machinery. After all, if you told me that cops here in Texas were now able to harass anyone without probable cause, especially if they look a little different or speak with an accent then I would be up in arms with everyone else (that said, I probably wouldn't assault the police and paint swastikas on business windows with food as they have).

The problem is with those who DO KNOW BETTER. Yes, I'm talking about the Media and Politicians who are spreading misinformation that is inciting violence by the people for their own political gain.

I would like to talk about legitimate concerns with the law but the President is not dealing in truth but rather in the hyperbolic lie of Jose the third generation Mexican American Citizen getting harassed at the ice cream store in front of his children. I can't talk about true concerns now because people are so angry that they want to revolt against a State Government that is taking away all their freedoms... one that, by the way, isn't.

Could this all be another way to divert attention from the real villains in Washington who are actually taking away your freedoms, your money and trying to install an alternate form of government that the people are reliant upon and control everything? DO NOT LOOK BEHIND THE CURTAIN. Look to Arizona, those are the evil ones, they made being here illegally...uh...illegal. Those bad people, revolt against them!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

And where are you, Mr. Clinton, when your own party incites real violence with absolute lies? Where are you now when actual violence occurs and your party does absolutely nothing but instead keeps fanning the flames with more lies and disinformation?

You don't have to say you were wrong about the Tea Parties, but will you do me this one favor and come out and at least say that people shouldn't throw bottles of water and stones at police officers? Would you at least say that politicians shouldn't say things that they know aren't true to incite anger in the people against their opponents? You don't even have to point fingers or name names, just say that something is wrong when its really happening instead of making up false images of a real and peaceful movement.

Will you or Mr. Obama for one time just be honest and say things are the way they are? Will you say violence is wrong even if it is your own people and you caused it?

Or will you keep trying to project your own anger, greed, deception and manipulation on those who honestly criticize and challenge you to explain yourself while actually doing and inciting what you claim they are? You call us radical, angry, racist... the list goes on. I guess it really does "take one to know one," or rather to falsely create one.

Will one member of the media other than someone at Fox News just once say that the Tea Party is peaceful and legitimately concerned rather than an angry mob? Will you condemn violence from the left when it occurs or hold them up to the same standards you do the Tea Party? Or will you continue to spin things to match your obviously leftist agenda and keep being the PR puppet for Democrats and their Socialist agendas?

There are about 70 Million people in this country that are onto all of you now, and we're starting to tell our friends as well.

JUST NO LONGER SILENT!
