IndoctriNation is Near

For several years, E. Ray Moore nursed a desire for a documentary that would expose the problems in public education and the solution offered by K-12 homeschooling and Christian education. About two years ago, Joaquin Fernandez (producer of Call to Dunkirk) began collaborating with award-winning producer, Colin Gunn, who also shared a vision to produce a similar documentary. They decided to join their talents to make another video for the blessing of God’s people and His Kingdom.

Release of IndoctriNation

After more than a year of development, Gunn Productions will officially release the documentary IndoctriNation: Public
Schools and the Decline of Christianity in America at the end of August 2011. Colin and Joaquin traveled the country in a yellow school bus, interviewing historians and Christian leaders on the origins and errors of state-run public education. They collected many interviews including some with Christian educators, many of whom tried to maintain at least a Christian presence in the public schools

It is our prayer that this 90-minute DVD, IndoctriNation will be used to awaken families, churches, and educators to the harm that state-run schools pose to Christian children, such as denial of God and prayer, homosexual acceptance, and
evolution. We have eschewed our Christian legacy for a “pot of porridge” that the government has offered in the guise of free public education. We have learned that nothing is free. State-run public education has come at a great price to the souls of our children. We believe that parents can use this DVD to encourage their friends and family members still in the throes of public education to assume the God-given responsibility to educate their children for Christ. Pastors can use it to offer hope to the families in their churches to confront the educational malaise infecting children today. It is our sincere belief that with the cooperation and support of other major Christian ministries and organizations, the movie IndoctriNation could facilitate the exodus of several hundred thousands of Christian families from public schools into the sanctuary of Christian education or home schooling.
