Obamacare TAX Interpretation

Obama, Reid. and Pelosi swore it was NOT a tax.    Supreme Court cannot rewrite laws.    Judges cannot plead a defendant's case.         I didn't see the judge in the Jerry Sandusky case interpreting for the jury the 8 victim's testimony as male bonding.
