Remove Obama From Office

This is a letter I am sending to the Oklahoma congressional delegation and the leadership of the Republicrat Party. Anyone is welcome to use this to send to their congress critters and friends and family.

Ladies and Gentlemen of Congress,                                       September 25, 2011

I am writing once again concerning several issues, including the current dog and pony circus show over Operation Gunrunner/Fast and Furious.  I have read about the “testimony” of Obama administration people in charge of the operation and their answers are less intelligent than I would expect from a 5^th grader.  The answers are undoubtedly lies, cover-ups, and a direct insult to the intelligence of some members of Congress, and to a greater degree, We the People.

Kenneth Melson, William Newell, William McMahon, and Eric Holder, at the very least, should be immediately removed from their positions and charged with conspiracy, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to violate the gun laws they enforce on me, conspiracy to violate the Arms Export Control Act, treason, and conspiracy to commit treason for deliberately attempting to undermine the 2^nd Amendment, and my rights as a sovereign citizen of the United States of America.  Why do members of Congress tolerate this outright slap in the face to the Constitution and We the People?  You can send Roger Clemmons to prison for lying about using performance enhancing substances but these murdering, treasonous, liars still sit in positions of authority over my rights?  And what happens to these murderous, treasonous, liars?  They are promoted.  If you can think of anything more absurd please write me and let me know what that might be.  I am very interested to see how you justify leaving them in their positions.

Now I understand that Felipe Calderon and his corrupt cronies in Mexico are going to sue American gun manufacturers to destroy their businesses, and use the same law suit to infringe my right to keep and bear arms by going to the World Court in The Hague, Netherlands and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Costa Rica.  These are both UN sanctioned pseudo courts recognized by the unlawful regime we now suffer under.  This is an outright attack on the Constitution of the United States of America and cannot be tolerated.  Naturally the Obama regime is going to assist in this endeavor, and then use the decision of these kangaroo courts to attempt to take away my rights under the Constitution, because the regime’s sole purpose in life is to destroy the United States and turn it into a dictatorship with Obama at the helm.

It is also very apparent to just about anyone with a brain that Barak Obama is ineligible to serve as President of the United States.  He does not qualify due to the “natural born citizen” provision of the Constitution and therefore should be removed immediately.  The original Congress, the one with our founding fathers still sitting as members, defined the term “natural born citizen” in the Naturalization Act of 1790.  This bill defined eligibility requirements to hold the office of president to be a person born of 2 parents who are either native born or became naturalized citizens before the birth of the child in question.  The Supreme Court ruling in Minor vs. Heppersett (88 U.S. 162 in 1875) clearly upholds the Naturalization Act of 1790 and makes the qualifications very clear.  According to books personally written by Barak Obama he does not qualify.  How much plainer does it need to be?  It is also very apparent that not one person sitting in Congress has the courage to stand up to this illegal person appointing judges and the heads of cabinet level departments. 

When I hear Sen. Jeff Sessions and former senator Rick Santorum dismiss Obama’s status as nothing it infuriates me.  If those sitting in Congress and those just out of Congress have no clue as to the meaning of the Constitution how long can America last?  Is there anyone up there with a clue as to the true meaning of the Constitution?  Is there anyone in Congress who even cares?  Have any of you ever heard of the Federalist Papers?  I know that no one reads the legislation you vote on so I assume none of you have read the Constitution, much less the Federalist Papers.  I know Democrats don’t have a clue about the Constitution from the statements made before the 2010 mid-term elections.  Many of them either misquoted the Constitution or denied that items read directly from it were actually there.

At the beginning of this current session of the House of Representatives John Boehner ordered that the Constitution be read to all members from the floor of the House chamber.  As it turns out the members reading the Constitution seemed to be the only ones in the chamber at the time.  This turned into another dog and pony show to placate the 67% of American citizens who actually believe in the Constitution, America, and freedom for We the People. 

Congress has shown for many years, and more plainly in the last 4 years, that you have no intention of following the Constitution.  The vaunted TEA Party wave has turned into more of Congress paying lip service to our desires and doing as you wish.  You just raised the debt limit by over $2 TRILLION without cutting anything.  Oh, we hear the stories of “cuts over 10 years” of a few hundred billion dollars, cuts that we all know are never going to take place.  You are spending us into slavery while you lie to us about “saving” us.

When I see Congress I see 535 cowards and liars. Some will lie to preserve their place at Obama’s right hand.  Some will lie because they agree with Obama and his vision of a communist or muslim state and desire to share the power.  Others will lie because they are willing to beg for the scraps the usurper throws to them.  I believe most in the Republican Party are just cowards who would rather be a part of a tyrannical dictatorship than stand up for We the People, freedom, and the Constitution.  You “go along to get along” because that is what is in your best personal interest regardless of what is in the best interest of the nation and We the People.

I see the Republican Party as the same as the opposition party in Venezuela.  They stand up and read speeches, posture for the public, and then turn around and runner stamp anything Chavez wants stamped.  Those politicians live high on the hog as long as they cooperate with Chavez. The citizens of Venezuela on the other hand don’t live quite so well.  I see the Republican Party in the same light.  What has the Republican Party done in the last 2 years, since taking over the House of Representatives, to be able to debunk my thoughts?  I see Boehner playing golf with Obama and then saying “I can work with him on this”, with “this” being anything the usurper wants thrown at We the People, whether it is legal and Constitutional or not.

And don’t bother to come back with all the promises you have made.  I have seen how much your promises mean.  As long as Barak Obama sits in the White House making policy and turning our Constitution into toilet paper we are in danger.  All of you are either evil cohorts of Obama or cowards too afraid of your own shadow to stand up and fight for freedom for your nation, for We the People of these United States.  Are you deliberately seeing how far you can push We the People?  It would certainly seem so. 

 The federal government as a whole seems to be of the opinion that you are our rulers and that we have no say in what happens to us.  We the People have a different idea.  We have had enough of the lies and duplicity.  It is time for someone up there to show some real courage and stand up for the citizens, the Constitution, and freedom.  If no one has the courage or desire to speak the truth then the downfall of our Republic is close at hand and you probably won’t like the results.  The TEA Party movement is gaining strength and people who have known freedom can only accept so much.  Your union thugs and Gestapo units aren’t enough to overcome the growing discontent in America.  You can send in SWAT units to kill some of us but in the long run tyranny will lose.

The problems our nation faces can be resolved but it will take someone with the courage to be  a problem solver, willing to stand up for freedom and truth, to take the criticism that will come when you stand up and say that Barak Obama does not qualify to be President.  You are all waiting for the 2012 election hoping he loses so the problem goes away.  The problem won’t go away simply because he is hopefully voted out of office.  The problem is a systemic ignoring of the laws of the land by those who are supposed to be upholding the laws.  Your oath says that you will protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America yet none of you are willing to actually protect and defend anything but your cushy and lofty perch of importance.  Power corrupts and both political parties are full of corrupt people, willing to sell the freedom of the American people for your own power and prestige.

So, who is going to be the first to stand up and speak out?  Any takers?  I am not afraid to speak out and I don’t have the inherent protection you have.  I can’t run to a microphone or TV camera and speak to the entire nation.  I don’t have Barak Obama covering my back with crooked bureaucrats who will lie to protect me.  I have faith that God will protect me from the evil residing in Washington D. C. but that is all I need.  I stand on truth, the Constitution, and freedom.   When facing execution at the hands of evil dictators in Scotland William Wallace had one last thing to say.  When given the opportunity to “repent” his last breath was used to shout “FREEDOM”.   I am shouting “FREEDOM” as loud as I can, are you listening, do you care about freedom?
