The Constitution as Written- Are you for it or not?
Tea Party Patriots-
When you remove the politics of the day, our nation needs to make a decision. Are they they willing to stand by the document, which has given us the highest standard of living and has made us the envy of the world, or are they willing to turn their back on it for socialism or communism?
We have seen our Constitution, and the freedoms it ensures, chipped away by our progressive government over the last century. At the heart of the issue is that our government and its people have become complacent to upholding the Constitution. This means we have to do a better job of educating the public at large of Constitutional issues and teaching our children of its benefits.
We have an opportunity to make a difference this July 4th. At the end of every parade across this great nation, I am proposing that we ask people to stand up for the Constitution and march for freedom.
This is an opportunity to reach families and others who are not involved with the Tea Party movement and educate them on our Constitution, on the day this country celebrates its liberty as a nation. This setting is optimal for making an impact and asking people to take a stand, whatever side of the aisle they are on... are they for or against the Constitution? My bet is that they will overwhelmingly choose the Constitution and rise up.

yes. i would be happy to do so. at the website coppermoonshinestills.com on the left hand side in the menu toward the bottom is a topic "diplomatic immunity...." if you read that and download the affidavit and fill it out and file it it will be a public statement that you refuse the corporate government that was unlawfully and unconstitutionally created in 1850 with the inception of the unnited states code. the original government the people created was a trust. as we all know a trust serves and protects the interest of the people it is set up for. a corporation is completely different...its job is to only make money. as early as the first half of the 1800's people became to comfortable with their freedom and as a result the united states incorporated. that was the beginning of the end of the lawful government. after 1850 the people were silent and thus "agreed" because of their silence. it is a principle of law if you are silent you agree. and because the corporate government adopted the uniform commercial code (ucc) as their laws, and we are silent (we havent filed any document saying we agree or disagree} they PRESUME we agree. the ucc deals with paper. so...since the government ruling us is now a corporation we need to put on paper a statement that we reserve our rights...in the constitution our rights come from our Creator, but under the unilateral contract (ucc, the new deal etc...) the corporate government gives us our rights. the only way to refuse this is to put on paper and file with the county courthouse where you live this reservation of rights. this is a public statement that you refuse the unilateral contract to have a corporation rule you. after you file this, if you are stopped for speeding, and you havent hurt anyone, you cannot get a ticket. it is a principle of american law that when there is no victim there is no crime. but under the corporate rules and regulations it is a commercial crime to exceed the speed limit...even if there is no victim. if we all quit contracting with this corporation to rule ourselves, and start taking our lawful places as the ruling class of this nation, we will once again be the America that was a free republic that our forefathers framed. people think that america is what it is within the last 100 years. this is why they want change. but i believe that hardly anyone would recognize their country if tomorrow by some miracle it was completely converted back to the original republic ruled by the trust the people created. there would be no "income" tax. (the supreme court has ruled so many times on what income is that they refuse to hear any more cases on what the definition is....the definition is "the gain at which CORPORATIONS are measured by.." are you a CORPORATION? no...you are an organic entity. CITIZENS only recieve an EQUAL amount of money for their labor or services. their would be no fishing or hunting or marriage licenses. no license plates on our cars. no liability insurance. the true nature and purpose of a license is to do what would be otherwise unlawful. our Creater allows us to eat...He doesnt tell us we have to go to a grocery store and buy it...whatever our Creater allows us to do naturally, NO ONE HAS THE POWER AND AUTHORITY OVER OUR CREATER TO FIRST RESTRICT OUR RIGHTS AND THEN PERMIT THEM UPON THE PAYMENT OF FEES. this is why we need to get rid of the corporation and go back to the trust. most people have no idea what living in america truly is today. sorry i got a little long winded, but i believe in America and the original de jure government. we need to base our country on the original declaration and the constitution. they both concur..."We hold these Truths to be self evident" to whom have you pledged your allegience to...the republic or the corporation? i have come to love the republic. the law is still here and it still protects the people. we just have to learn how to exert our sovereignty and force the government to do the will of the people. hope this helps. share it with everyone.

I stand up for the constitution every day of my life. i refuse to commit treason by swearing to any other type of government or law. i refuse to be a part of fundamentally changing this framework for our nation. the supreme law of this land states "we hold these truths to be self evident". what is obama trying to change? the truth into a lie? i stand up for the truth and the constitution FOR the united states of america. anything that is not the truth in this nation is a lie...and if it is a lie it is NOT the law. i urge everyone to file a "RESERVATION OF RIGHTS-UCC 1-308" with the county court where they live. this will place you back under the constitution and remove you from the lies and the direction of the enemies of this nation.
