The Obama/Romney Debate: Who Was the Real Winner and Who Was the Real Loser?

I’m late in getting this written, but it’s still relevant nonetheless.

All of the buzz over the last several days has been over the results of the first debate between President Obama and GOP nominee Mitt Romney.  As is customary after a big debate, all the pundits, bloggers, pollsters, commentators, un-commentators, agitators, and basically anyone with a pulse and an opinion all have been weighing in to give their spin on who won.

But the foundation of everything is morality, there’s no escaping that. There is no dealing with any problems without first dealing with morality because every issue is morally based. You talk about the mismanagement of our government as though it is not a moral problem, but what is mismanagement other than the failure to carry out good stewardship? That is a moral problem, there’s no escaping it. You cannot save the republic without saving the moral fiber of its people....
